A new look for a City icon
Using a metallic brand marque set in Gotham, we gave the 99 Bishopsgate brand a much needed visual makeover.
In honour of the City’s sartorial reputation we created a pinstripe inspired pattern for the printed marketing materials. Taking the 99 idea in a playful direction, we made specially customised 99p ice cream cones for the summer launch party.
For the brochure, we designed a replaceable screen-printed centre fold, allowing the occupier graphic to be updated quickly, whenever a new tenant was added. This idea stemmed from the flux of businesses that would be migrating, and a desire not to continually reprint the entire brochure on each occasion.
The campaign was a success; the new identity for 99 Bishopsgate helped Brookfield achieve one of the quickest lets in their property portfolio.
